The landing between the two halves is also used by the tenants of flat 3 on their way up to the second floor. However having said this, it doesn't seem to bother anyone once they get to know the people on the top floor. It also means you have an entirely separate 2nd little bedroom for visitors or studying!   • £5000 was recently spent on sound proofing between these flats, so noise is not a problem. Am still looking for quiet couples though!

  • PEACE. The present tenants are quiet and enjoy the peace. Anyone looking for somewhere to play loud music at inappropriate times of the day should look elsewhere.
